Project Kick-off Email
The first step is clear communication. Before we break ground, you will receive a detailed kick-off email outlining the schedule, what to expect during the project, and introducing you to your dedicated Site Supervisor. This email will address key logistics, from where to park to the process of working alongside our crew to ensure everything goes smoothly. We’ll also cover the roles of everyone involved, so you know exactly who to reach out to during different stages of the project.

Project Progression
Throughout the project, we want you to feel involved and informed. You’ll have access to your Site Supervisor, who will provide regular updates and answer any questions you might have. Our job site operations are designed to be transparent, so you can follow the project’s development from the first day to the final details. You’ll even have access to our daily progress reports, keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
Project Communication
Open and ongoing communication is a key part of a successful project. At J.R. Heald Builders, we use a job-specific communication tool that allows you to send messages, track progress, and view updates all in one place. Project Completion
The final phase is as important as the first. Once construction is complete, we’ll conduct a thorough inspection, ensure all touch-ups are finished, and present you with your completed project. Our team will walk you through the work, making sure every detail meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll follow up to confirm everything is in perfect order. If anything needs adjustments after completion, we’ll be there to address it swiftly.
